The Balanced Growth strategy provides exposure to both the equity and debt components of
the capital stack for a high quality portfolio of structural growth businesses.
Balanced Growth Structure:

The portfolio structure consists of our Focused Growth equity holdings alongside a diversified portfolio of
high-quality corporate bonds. - The portfolio has a long term target weighting of 60/40 equity to fixed income with the ability to adjust weightings in each asset class between 30%-70% depending on market conditions.
- Balanced Growth is managed via a separate account structure which provides the same transparency and liquidity as our Focused Growth portfolio.
Equity – Focused Growth:
- 18 – 25 high quality companies with defensible competitive advantages and superior 3-5 year growth outlooks
- Industry leaders with strong cash flow generation and fortress like balance sheets
Fixed Income – Corporate Bonds:
- Diversified portfolio of high-quality corporate bonds
- Utilizes the same extensive research process that underpins our Focused Growth portfolio. Fixed income holdings will be sourced from the bond issuance of our existing Focused Growth portfolio as well as companies on our watch-list
- Duration of the fixed income portfolio will generally be 2-10 years
